Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the management and quality assurance of material master data in the ERP system SAP. You will be an important part of the flow between several departments and work closely with design, order design, purchasing, and delivery. The work involves a large portion of operational work in SAP, but you will also use systems such as Teamcenter and Microsoft Office 365 for documentation, analysis, and communication.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and update material master data in SAP
• Ensure high data quality and consistency in the systems
• Support the business with analyses and reports based on master data
• Collaborate with adjacent processes and functions to ensure correct information flow
• Contribute to improvement and development work within the master data area
• Opportunity to drive process development based on experience and personal qualities

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Experience in logistics, planning, or master data management
• Good system skills and experience with SAP (experience with Teamcenter is a plus)
• Interest in data analysis and the ability to identify patterns in large data sets
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Quality-conscious and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Responsible and self-driven
• Has an understanding of the whole and sees how different parts affect each other
• Communicative and enjoys collaborating across departmental boundaries
